How to Redeem Microsoft Office 2021:
- Sign in to Microsoft Account: Go to the Microsoft Account website and sign in using your existing Microsoft account credentials. If you don't have an account, create one.
- Access the Redemption Page: Once signed in, navigate to the account settings or subscriptions section and look for the option to "Redeem a code" or "Redeem a product key."
- Enter the Product Key: On the redemption page, enter the product key exactly as provided. Double-check for any errors before proceeding.
- Redeem the Key: Click on the "Redeem" or "Activate" button to start the redemption process.
- Confirm the Redemption: If prompted, confirm the action to proceed with the redemption.
- Download and Install Office Apps: After successful redemption, you should be able to download and install Microsoft Office 2021 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Delivery
From the time the order is confirmed, it should take up to 15 minutes to arrive at the email you used when placing the order.
Returns
Digital products, including but not limited to digital keys, may require activation. Activation instructions will be provided in the order confirmation notification sent to the email address registered in the user account. If you do not receive activation instructions by email, please contact customer service for assistance. Digital products are available immediately after activation, and no returns or refunds are allowed for these types of products.
